Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the wen63 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

wen63 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the wen63 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). wen63 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wen63 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• wen63 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals:

All games available on the wen63 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All bets placed on wen63 are final once confirmed. wen63 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, wen63 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome determined by wen63's server records shall be considered final.

The wen63 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wen63 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, wen63's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may close your wen63 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

wen63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• wen63 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.

Upon termination for cause, wen63 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to you.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

wen63 operates in compliance with applicable online gaming regulations and takes its obligations under Philippine law seriously, including adherence to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) responsible gaming standards where applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

wen63's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by wen63.
